Working in small groups, you'll help in local schools, planning and teaching English classes to young Thai students. Check out the weekend nightlife and bar scene for pleasure.
THAI ELEPHANT CONSERVATION
Set in the valley surrounded by forested mountains, this project offers a peaceful home for more than 30 neglected and previously abused elephants. Volunteer activities include preparing and feeding the gentle giants and general maintenance of the park. You know what they say about elephant minds, they don't forget.
